Under Iridium's Hybrid Work Policy, employees are expected to work at least three days per week (approximately 60%) in an Iridium office to support collaboration, relationship-building, and professional growth. ## Description Iridium is seeking a Network Engineer III to support and maintain the Iridium Gateway telecom architecture and associated service subsystems. In this role, you will serve as a final-tier escalation point for ground system operations, including Gateway Technical Operations, Tier 2 Customer Support, and Service Delivery teams. This position offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in satellite telecom gateway subsystems across on-premise and cloud environments. You will apply sound technical judgment to triage, diagnose, and resolve complex issues that impact service reliability, operational excellence, and new service deployments.
