The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position. ## Description Middle and Large Commercial IT is seeking a dedicated Sr. Scrum Master to be a servant leader and coach for our Middle and Large IT Agile Scrum Teams. This role focuses on execution while applying robust Agile practices, including adherence to metrics, leadership skills to drive key roadmap initiatives, and risk management. The Scrum Master will also play a crucial role in driving program-level continuous improvement. In addition to facilitating team-level events, the Scrum Master is responsible for keeping both team members and business and technology leaders informed of progress against objectives. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
