Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience ## Description * Business Analysis & Process Optimization: + Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into optimized M3 solutions. + Evaluate existing workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business process improvement. + Document business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and process flows. + Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises. * M3 Functional Expertise: + Configure and support M3 modules aligned with our business processes. + Manage and support M3 master data governance, security roles, and functional administration. + Troubleshoot complex functional issues (Level 2/3 support). + Support testing cycles, release management, upgrades, and patching efforts. * M3 Technical & Integration: + Collaborate with technical teams using MuleSoft, MEC, APIs, and other integration platforms. + Support interface design and troubleshooting across systems including POS, Ecommerce, WMS, PLM, and GTNexus. + Work with M3 technical constructs such as tables, batch jobs, and data structures. + Assist with data migration and validation for CloudSuite. * Project & Change Management: + Serve as a senior resource for ERP enhancement projects and the CloudSuite migration. + Participate in project planning and requirements prioritization. + Develop and deliver end-user training. + Maintain documentation and support change control processes.
