## About the Role

* Experience with Autotime, SQL, and Control-M are required.

 * Control-m (Automated Job Management)

 * Autotime (config, timecard fixing, etc)

 * SQL (nice to have, querying for information to help with tickets)

## Description

* The applicant will be responsive for receiving and servicing tickets in Autotime.

 * Candidates will route the tickets to the responsible party for development fixes.

 * May be responsible for deploying fixes such as re-running job that failed.

 * The role will start with training on the system to get up to speed but will eventually require on-call flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes weekends.
