Strong experience supporting Windows Server environments. Hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar). Experience leading or supporting Windows upgrade and migration projects. Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure. Experience working within project-based environments alongside Project Managers. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience supporting manufacturing environments. Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure. Experience with CMC systems or related enterprise management platforms. Microsoft or VMware certifications. ## Description Provide Tier 3 support for complex server, infrastructure, and enterprise systems issues. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows Server environments. Support enterprise virtualization platforms, including administration, performance tuning, and issue resolution. Participate in and lead Windows upgrade and migration initiatives. Collaborate with Project Managers to execute infrastructure projects and technology rollouts. Monitor server health, performance, and capacity while implementing proactive improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Assist with root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement efforts. Support CMC-related infrastructure initiatives and operational requirements. Work cross-functionally with networking, security, and application support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
