## Description

* Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure.

What you'll do in the role:

 * Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure.
 * Support trading and market data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters Fidessa and OMS/EMS applications.
 * Troubleshoot issues related to trading applications market data feeds desktops laptops and multi-monitor workstations.
 * Provide onsite and remote support to traders in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
 * Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools ensuring SLA compliance.
 * Coordinate with application network infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution.
 * Perform software installations upgrades user access management and hardware deployments.
 * Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes.
 * Experience supporting Bloomberg Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters and trading floor technologies.
