Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX / LINUX. * Working knowledge of ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk. * Working knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Autosys and Bob jobs. * Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle, Teradata) and Hadoop. * Experience with Unix, Quartz, Grid, Cloud, and Containers. * Strong knowledge of AI tools. * Python scripting knowledge. Professional Skills: * Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL concepts. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent project and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a multi-regional team. * Creative and strong problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to operate in high-pressure situations and interact with senior management. * Willingness to provide stand-by out-of-hours support on a rotational basis as needed., * Experience in the financial or banking industry, particularly with Treasury and Liquidity business. * Familiarity with Agile methodology. * Operations exposure with Windows OS. * Working knowledge of Tableau. ## Description This role offers an opportunity to enhance domain, technical, and process expertise by supporting a critical Treasury portfolio. The position involves advancing monitoring knowledge with tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, and supporting applications on platforms such as Hadoop, Cloud, and Grids.
