This role will work alongside the BIC Operations & Business Process Analyst. They will operationalize analytics, reporting, and automation solutions designed by senior staff, allowing BIC to maintain speed, accuracy, and self sufficiency while freeing advanced technical resources to focus on architecture, tooling, and future state initiatives (e.g., AI enablement, cloud migration, integrations).
