Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely, including content modeling, API integration, and content delivery strategies. Strong experience with React and Next.js in production environments, including expertise in server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes, and performance optimization. Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Full-stack capability with experience in back-end technologies (C#/.NET, Node.js, or Java) and an understanding of API design and integration. Experience with front-end state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) and when to apply them. Ability to architect scalable, performant, secure, and reusable front-end solutions and component libraries. Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices. Experience with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress). Capability to communicate and collaborate across the wider organization, influencing technical decisions and partners without direct reporting authority. Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns as they apply to front-end architecture. Azure or other cloud platforms experience (GCP, AWS). Bachelor's degree in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with content preview and editing experiences in headless CMS environments. Experience with design systems and component library development. Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API patterns. Understanding of Web Vitals and Core Web Vitals optimization.
