Preferred Skills: * Background in financial services or other regulated industries. * Knowledge of Teams administration and collaboration operations, including Purview and Vantage retention and governance. * Experience validating Microsoft Copilot features and controls. * Understanding of identity and access management concepts within Entra ID. * Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, integrated release management, and test optimization initiatives. ## Description We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Test Lead, Collaboration Platforms & Integrated Release Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and integrated release validation and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional end-to-end testing and ensure production-ready platform changes., * Lead integrated testing for Microsoft 365 platform changes within enterprise release processes. * Define, coordinate, execute, and report on end-to-end test activities across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Copilot, Entra ID, and Purview. * Review engineering requirements, release documentation, and test plans to determine scope and impact. * Coordinate testing across engineering teams, service owners, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. * Identify testing gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution and escalation as needed. * Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and regression suites. Manage activities in Octane or similar tools. * Upload evidence and results.
