This role involves working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. How You'll Make an Impact: * Product Development: Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery. * Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the current business priorities. * User Stories: Develop detailed user stories and establish acceptance criteria to ensure stories are ready for development. * Agile Ceremonies: Run agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Feature Validation: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that stories meet the definition of done and acceptance criteria. * Customer Interaction: Discuss features with customers, focusing on usability, time to value, feature completeness, and the overall user journey. * Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype features, conduct A/B testing, and validate designs with end users. * Issue Resolution: Handle issues with current features and provide solutions based on customer feedback. * Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics e.g. team productivity, product adoption, feature performance.
