 * JWT-based authentication and claims-driven authorization
 * CI/CD environment with GitLab or equivalent

Preferred Skills

 * AWS services (S3, Secrets Manager, Lambda)
 * Healthcare data, compliance reporting, or government IT environments
 * Excel/file-processing workflows (EPPlus, SheetJS)
 * PrimeReact
 * Material UI, or similar component libraries Serilog or structured logging in distributed environments

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain features across a .NET 10 REST API backend, React/Redux frontend, and PostgreSQL database
 * Write and optimize SQL stored procedures, views, and Liquibase-managed schema change sets
 * Implement CQRS patterns using MediatR; develop command and query handlers for new report types and review workflows
 * Build and extend React components and Redux-Saga data flows for data-intensive review interfaces
 * Develop Python automation scripts to support build, data processing, and reporting workflows
 * Participate in peer code reviews; maintain 80%+ unit test coverage on all new and changed codes
 * Collaborate with functional analysts to translate Jira user stories into working, tested software
 * Identify and address security risks (OWASP Top 10) and performance bottlenecks
 * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and deployment to cloud-hosted infrastructure (AWS)
