In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. * 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration. * System hardening and auditing to RMF, CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53 * Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network protocol * Active Secret clearance. Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience with Linux Server and Workstation systems administration on Red Hat based distributions (RHEL9, RHEL8, RHEL7). * Experience with network switches. * Top Secret clearance. * Certifications RHCSA, RHCE, RHCSS, RHCDS, Security+, CISSP, CISM preferred. * Configuration management with Ansible/Ansible Automation Platform, AWX, puppet, or chef. * Basic network administration of layer 2/3 switches. * Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. * Basic network administration of layer 2/3 switches. * Supporting multi-OS environments of Linux, Windows and embedded OS's. ## Description The Senior IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux and Windows servers, system hardware, software, and related infrastructure within a classified/high-security environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the security, uptime, and performance of enterprise systems and networks. To demonstrate success, you will: * Integrate with a team of multidiscipline, multileveled System Administrators supporting Linux, Windows, and Network operations. * Assist Software Engineers by providing Linux/Windows Infrastructure services in support of development efforts. * Partner with Information Security team to provide secure, auditable Linux/Windows systems.
