This role involves performing final product testing and validation to ensure all units leaving the production line meet performance specifications and quality standards. You will use test equipment, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation to verify product functionality and identify defects before shipment. Key Responsibilities * Conduct functional tests on finished products based on established procedures. * Interpret test results and diagnose product failures or non-conformance. * Document and report testing results, including anomalies and recommended actions. * Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product issues. * Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring test failures or process inefficiencies. * Participate in quality investigations and structured problem-solving using tools and methodologies for issues identified by external customer complaints and internal concerns, engaging other departments in problem-solving investigations.
