## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, business operations, strategic planning, policy analysis, program management, or a related field.\n
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Government, Public Policy, Business Administration, National Security Affairs, or a related field. Will accept 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.\n
 * Knowledge of commercial wireless telecommunications, infrastructure planning, and technology portfolio management.\n
 * Experience conducting operational or policy analysis and translating findings into strategic roadmaps or implementation plans.\n
 * Experience supporting senior executives and advising leadership on organizational or congressional matters.\n
 * Experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, speeches, talking points, or strategic communications.\n
 * Experience coordinating engagements across internal organizations, industry, interagency partners, or other external stakeholders.\n
 * Experience supporting strategic planning, organizational transformation, or project management initiatives.\n

## Description

* Prior experience supporting an Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) staff or organization.\n
 * Familiarity with Department of War or federal government organizational structures and processes.\n
 * Experience supporting defense-related organizations or national security initiatives.\n
