Ownership Self-starter mindset capable of managing projects independently while collaborating with leadership. ## Description The Retail Data & BI Analyst supports the development, architecture, and delivery of data analytics and reporting tools that support operations across a national retail program operating in more than 1,300 locations. This role will play a key part in the organization's migration to Power BI, helping design scalable data models, build automated reporting pipelines, and develop dashboards that support leadership decision-making. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex operational data into clear and actionable insights for leadership teams.
