## Description

* Provide 1st/2nd line support to colleagues concerning issues with their devices or using any of the company's SaaS platforms
 * Procure equipment for new hires, provision accounts, or handle employee on/off-boarding
 * Identify issues with and optimize IT processes
 * Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline documentation
 * Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performance
 * Research and recommend new products or services
 * Day-to-day user support
 * Office systems support (video conferencing, room booking, access control, media systems)
 * User onboarding/offboarding and basic training
 * Documentation of new and existing platforms & processes
 * Problem determination of network and connectivity issues
 * Device procurement for various types of service requests
 * Monitoring of endpoint management and security tools, proactively remediating issues
 * Maintaining an inventory process, maintaining storage cleanliness
 * Various projects to streamline all the above, automate processes, improve security etc
