## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

 * Minimum of 3 years as a System Engineer and at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry.
 * Deep familiarity and understanding of Cellular standards: 4G and/or 5G, * Experience with satellite communication systems.
 * Familiarity with advanced RAN optimization techniques.
 * Certifications in cellular technologies or RF engineering.

 * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables.

## Description

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and versatile telecommunication RAN Systems Engineer to join our team. This is not a traditional feature-definition role; instead, it requires a highly skilled professional capable of tackling complex challenges across system engineering, design, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cellular technologies and a passion for innovation in satellite network solutions., * Debug and resolve field issues related to RAN systems and satellite network integration.

 * Guide and support testing teams during validation and deployment phases.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upcoming solutions for SAT network architecture.
 * Participate in system-level design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
 * Provide technical leadership in RF and lower-layer protocol analysis.
 * Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
