## About the Role

This is a First Line IT Support / Service Desk role focused on providing technical assistance to internal employees through phone and chat in a 24/7 global service desk environment. The role involves basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11, MS Office/Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect, while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting call/chat performance targets. Candidates should have 1 3 years of IT support or customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to document and escalate unresolved issues to 2nd-line support teams., * First-Line IT Support & Troubleshooting Basic stuff ! Windows 10/11, MS Office/Office 365, Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect.

 * Customer Service & Great Communication Strong phone/chat support, client care, and clear ticket documentation.
