## About the Role

* Available for client on East coast.
 * Strong experience in ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Apps).
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) or similar modules.
 * Understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle (supplier management, requisition, PO, invoicing).
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) /ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; ITIL Foundation or Procurement certifications are a plus.
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

## Description

The ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support procurement and finance processes. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable workflows aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:

 * Configure and customize ServiceNow applications for S2P processes.
 * Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using ServiceNow standards.
 * Meet directly with client to address queries about S2P systems and provide solutions to meet requirements.
 * Lead development team to provide guidance and support.

Process Enablement:

 * Implement modules for supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
 * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls.

Integration:

 * Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba) using REST/SOAP APIs.

Testing & Deployment:

 * Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployment activities.
 * Support development teams migration to other lower environments

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

 * Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams.

Continuous Improvement:

 * Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.
