## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer in modern web application environments
 * Strong hands-on Python development experience
 * Experience building scalable APIs and web applications
 * Experience with frontend technologies including Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs
 * Strong experience with NoSQL and SQL databases including MongoDB and Snowflake or similar technologies
 * Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and EMR
 * Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable application design
 * Experience working with data processing technologies including Pandas and/or PySpark
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional engineering teams

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience within AdTech, MarTech, Media Analytics, SaaS, or Digital Measurement platforms
 * Experience with Tornado, TypeScript, Wordpress/PHP, and MarkDoc
 * Experience building real-time analytics or tracking platforms
 * Exposure to AI/LLM integrations including OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock
 * Experience with large-scale reporting and analytics systems
 * Prior experience in startup or growth-stage technology environments
 * Tri-State Area location preferred for occasional in-person collaboration

## Description

* Enhance the platform's reporting, analytics, and performance measurement capabilities across the full stack
 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and related technologies
 * Build and optimize data processing and automation pipelines for large-scale media and analytics datasets
 * Develop real-time analysis and tracking capabilities supporting campaign measurement infrastructure
 * Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to architect and implement technical solutions
 * Improve platform scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency across cloud-native environments
 * Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including large-scale data storage and retrieval patterns
 * Contribute to frontend development initiatives using modern JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js
 * Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Help evaluate and implement emerging AI and analytics capabilities leveraging OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock technologies
