## Description

As an IT Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with business and technical teams to develop reporting solutions, identify trends, improve data quality, and deliver insights that support operational excellence and strategic growth.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
 * Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
 * Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
 * Develop and maintain reporting solutions, data models, and business intelligence tools.
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
 * Evaluate changes to source systems and assess their impact on reporting and analytics.
 * Create and optimize data flows, reporting processes, and ETL solutions.
 * Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Support ongoing data governance, reporting enhancements, and business intelligence initiatives.
