MUST-HAVE SKILLS: * Asynchronous/Reactive Programming (Hands-On Preferable) ,

 * Java - 21
 * Postgres, * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
 * Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
 * Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
 * Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
 * Experience developing REST APIs.
 * Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
 * Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
 * Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
