Knowledge and Skills * Strong Python scripting and tool development skills. * Expertise building validation, import/export, and publishing workflows. * Proficiency creating Unreal Engine editor utility widgets. * Comprehensive understanding of modern art pipelines and best practices, including proficiency with industry-standard 3D tools such as Maya and Houdini. * Solid understanding of environment art workflows, including modular construction, terrain, materials, vegetation, and optimization. * Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine or a comparable real-time engine., * A team-oriented approach to your work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cross-disciplinary partnership. * Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Driven towards creating artist-friendly tools and user interfaces. Extra Points * Familiarity with Perforce, build systems, Jenkins, and automated content checks. * Familiarity with Gaea and landscaping techniques/automation. * Experience writing tools for Substance 3D Designer. * Experience working through early development and R&D phases of a project. * Passion for playing a wide variety of video games. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist I, Pipeline to support world-building and environment art through scalable tools, workflows, and pipeline solutions.
