## Description

* Engage directly with clinicians and clinical end users across various settings to gather user-experience, workflow, and service requirements.
 * Lead Service Desk current-state assessments and redesign intake, triage, escalation, and resolution processes.
 * Design ITIL-aligned target-state processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
 * Define SLAs/OLAs and develop self-service and knowledge-base content.
 * Manage improvement initiatives using project charters, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
 * Facilitate collaboration between clinicians, CIS vendors, internal IT/Service Desk teams, and project leadership.
 * Conduct requirements analysis, gap analysis, workshops, usability research, and stakeholder engagement.
 * Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
 * Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS
