This person will own the technical onboarding and deployment of the platform across enterprise financial customers. You'll work directly with banks, hedge funds, asset managers, client engineering teams, information security teams, trading teams, operations teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders. This is a deeply technical, highly customer-facing role. It is not traditional customer support or account management. You are responsible for making the technology work, driving customers toward successful production deployment, and turning field learnings into product improvements.
