Adapting AI workflows to changing support business policies and operational processes (e.g., Service Level Agreement (SLA) calculations, case ownership, escalation models). Driving customer trust, satisfaction, and sentiment, ensuring AI agents correctly understand intent and guide customers to resolution without degrading experience.
