## About the Role

* 5+ years of total Project Management experience, with a strong focus on Medicaid implementations.
 * Experience leading full lifecycle Medicaid implementation projects, from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
 * Recent Medicaid implementation experience is mandatory. This must be clear on resume in most recent positions.
 * Candidates must have moved from Medicaid business operations (claims, appeals, grievances, provider services, etc.) into implementation
 * Strong understanding of Medicaid operational workflows, state requirements, and regulatory nuances.
 * Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as MS Project, Planview, or other PPM systems.
 * Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

## Description

* Lead full lifecycle Medicaid implementation projects, from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
 * Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables using MS Project or similar PPM tools.
 * Partner with business and technical teams to translate Medicaid operational requirements into actionable implementation plans.
 * Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, risk/issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
 * Ensure compliance with state Medicaid regulations, operational standards, and contractual obligations.
 * Drive readiness activities including UAT, training, operational workflows, and post-implementation support.
 * Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all project phases.
 * Serve as a subject-matter liaison between business operations and implementation teams.
