The ideal candidate may have experience working as a one-person IT department or in a small IT environment where they were responsible for a wide range of technical responsibilities., * 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID * 2-3 years of experience with Power Automate * 2-3 years of experience creating and managing Power Automate flows * 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure * Experience with on-premises Active Directory * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration * Experience migrating on-premises Active Directory environments to Intune * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Willingness to tackle both routine and complex technical tasks * Strong customer-service and communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience * 1-3 years of Microsoft Copilot experience * 1-3 years of Power BI experience * Experience working in a small IT environment or serving as a primary/sole IT resource * Broad hands-on experience across systems administration, endpoint management, cloud technologies, and user support Work Environment * Candidates must be located in the Dallas, TX area. * The role will require a minimum 50/50 onsite and remote schedule * This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable working onsite and interacting directly with employees and the IT team.
