This role provides Tier 2/3 application support, incident and problem management, and lifecycle support for the ancillary applications that surround the core PACS/VNA environment - including dictation/reporting, advanced visualization, dose management, orthopedic templating, ECG management, and hemodynamics-adjacent systems. While the position is remote, the engineer must be available to travel across the country on short notice to support critical activities such as go-lives, PACS consolidation waves, data migrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and major incident response.
