This includes Windows and Linux servers, VMware, ESX infrastructure, storage, Active Directory, O365, development support & planning of systems and applications infrastructure, and 3rd-level endpoint support as needed. This role requires strong knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems that enables them to work at the highest level of all computer operations phases. This role handles complex problems across multiple technology platforms.
