Initially, this individual will assess the current UiPath and Power Platform environments, identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, technical debt remediation, and process improvements. They will evaluate existing automations, applications, and workflows to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives. The developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions utilizing UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Copilot technologies. This includes building new RPA solutions, enhancing existing processes, developing low-code applications, and creating reporting dashboards that provide visibility into platform adoption, automation effectiveness, and business value. In addition, this person will help establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards, governance frameworks, development best practices, and operational processes across both UiPath and Power Platform environments. They will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure solutions are delivered in a secure, scalable, and maintainable manner.
