 * Microsoft 365 administration and user management
 * Helpdesk/ticketing systems
 * Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
 * CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent hands-on experience

 * Apple device support
 * Bluebeam Revu
 * Smartsheet
 * Construction, trades, or field-service industry experience

## Description

You'll work directly with the IT Manager as the first point of contact for technical support, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while assisting with hardware deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, employee onboarding, and ongoing IT projects.

What You'll Do

 * Serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
 * Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, password resets, and access provisioning
 * Image, configure, deploy, and support laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other equipment
 * Maintain IT hardware inventory and coordinate repairs and replacements
 * Support new-hire onboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
 * Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base and standard operating procedures
 * Partner directly with the IT Manager on projects and process improvements
 * Provide occasional on-site support at the company's Northern Ohio location
