## About the Role

* 7-9 years of experience
 * Solid hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
 * Proven consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Red Hat certifications (Ansible Automation, RHCE, or RHCA).
 * Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., STIG/CIS).

Requirements

 * Must be within driving distance of Charleston, SC or willing to relocate there
 * Must be willing to work onsite
 * Must possess an active Secret clearance or above
 * Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status

## Description

* Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform environments.
 * Develop and maintain automation content (playbooks, roles, collections) that supports infrastructure management and compliance needs.
 * Integrate AAP with the client's broader IT ecosystem (source control, CI/CD, ITSM, Red Hat tooling).
 * Ensure the platform meets security and compliance requirements relevant to a federal environment.
 * Troubleshoot issues, document architecture and processes, and mentor client staff on automation practices.
 * Serve as a trusted technical advisor, communicating progress and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
