They own the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into network deployment performance, capacity delivery, and operational health across all regions. The GTS collects, structures, and analyzes operational data to surface trends and systemic issues across the deployment pipeline, translating insights into evidence-based improvements in efficiency and reliability. They establish and maintain the SLAs, KPIs, workflows, and operational frameworks that define delivery standards globally.
