## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or enterprise application development.
 * 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale data integration and data engineering solutions.
 * Advanced experience with Snowflake, Python, Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica IDMC, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Apache Airflow, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.
 * Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.
 * Experience implementing modern data engineering practices, including change data capture, reconciliation frameworks, medallion architecture, data transformation, and data quality solutions.
 * Demonstrated ability to build secure, scalable, and highly available data pipelines and data platforms.
 * Strong experience troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Excellent communication, mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., * 3+ years of experience supporting Wealth Management, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries.
 * SnowPro certification or advanced Snowflake credentials.
 * GCP Professional Data Engineer or related cloud certifications.
 * Experience leading cloud modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise data platform initiatives.
 * Knowledge of enterprise data governance, security, compliance, and risk management practices.
 * Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical workstreams within Agile delivery teams.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce data integrations and customer experience platforms.
 * Experience driving DevSecOps, observability, and automation initiatives across large-scale engineering organizations.
