Additional Skills & Qualifications * MEMS Lorain Community College credential or a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering is highly desirable. * Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems and related documentation and audit practices. * Experience in SMT management, including team leadership and operational oversight. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Operations, Quality, and external equipment vendors. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical updates, findings, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. * Commitment to continuous improvement and a structured approach to optimizing quality, yield, and efficiency. ## Description The SMT Engineer leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of SMT and circuit board assembly manufacturing processes.
