Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. ## Description CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the firm's enterprise application architecture in alignment with our Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy. The Senior Enterprise Architect will help define architecture standards, roadmaps, governance models, and reusable patterns that connect business capabilities with scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions. This individual will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support enterprise application strategy across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM/Enterprise Architecture. The role includes application portfolio management, capability mapping, rationalization efforts, and evaluation of emerging Microsoft and partner technologies to improve efficiency, integration, and long-term architectural maturity., * Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains. * Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management, Logic Apps, and related cloud capabilities. * Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails that support secure, scalable, and standardized delivery. * Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, solution patterns, and related artifacts within ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools. * Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards, solution approvals, and adherence to enterprise standards. * Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted architecture advisor, helping identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across platforms. * Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices, maturity, and alignment with target-state roadmaps. * Perform other duties as required., CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as "CDM Smith") reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positions.
