This role partners with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories and functional documentation, support UAT and training, and manage defects. The ideal candidate has Oracle EBS Manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support operational needs in a regulated manufacturing environment. By providing consistent, knowledgeable support and driving process improvements, this individual will play a crucial part in maintaining operational integrity and financial stewardship.
