Preferred: Working towards or achieved a relevant business continuity certification, such as Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), or a related credential. * Advanced understanding of business impact and GAP analysis; ability to develop and implement short- and long-term continuity and recovery strategies and track progress toward gap remediation * In-depth experience designing, executing, and evaluating business continuity/resiliency testing and training programs * Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency management leading practices in the Financial Services industry, with ability to develop strategies to sustain critical operations * Strong understanding of business continuity regulatory requirements within the Financial Services industry * Solid knowledge of security and IT system change control processes * Ability to leverage AI, automation, data, and digital tools to enhance risk analysis, identify trends and emerging risks, and strengthen continuity/resiliency processes while aligning with risk frameworks and regulatory expectations, BOK Financial is an equal opportunity employer. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand critical services, assess risk, and ensure recovery strategies are aligned to business priorities and regulatory expectations. This role combines analytical, advisory, and execution-focused work. You'll lead business impact assessments, develop recovery strategies, and guide teams through testing and real-world scenarios to ensure readiness. You'll also play a key part in evolving the program toward more risk-based planning and scenario-driven testing, helping the organization strengthen resiliency across critical business services and dependencies.
