This role monitors and analyzes social media performance metrics, making ongoing adjustments to support marketing objectives and maximize audience engagement. The Social Media Specialist also serves as a key point of contact for guests and residents online by responding to reviews, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner to enhance the customer experience and support guest retention., * Monitors, manages, and maintains the Company's social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. (Essential) * Engages with residents, guests, and customers across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, reviews, inquiries, and feedback in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner. (Essential) * Serves as the first line of social media monitoring by identifying, documenting, and escalating potentially harmful, sensitive, or brand-impacting comments, reviews, and online interactions in a timely and accurate manner. (Essential) * Supports the development and execution of social media content strategies aligned with marketing objectives, brand standards, and audience engagement goals.
