Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong understanding of business operations and how technology supports functions such as procurement, inventory management, production, logistics, quality, and finance. * Working knowledge of ERP solutions and their role in supporting end-to-end business processes. * Ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. ## Description As the steward of the organization's core ERP capabilities, the IT Product Owner oversees the roadmap, adoption, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain systems supporting manufacturing execution, raw material sourcing, inventory movement, and operational planning.
