Recruiting, HCM, Staffing/Scheduling, and payroll module experience preferred. * Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee records retention. * Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the system meets organizational needs and goals. * Familiarity with database structures, reporting tools, or data management systems. Project Management & Implementation * Serve as project manager for the implementation, support, and integration of healthcare information systems. * Participate in system planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities. * Manage work plans, timelines, and project tasks while coordinating with users, vendors, and leadership. * Facilitate project teams and guide decision-making across departments to ensure successful project outcomes. Systems Integration & Workflow Improvement * Translate clinical and operational needs into functional system requirements. * Serve as liaison between end users and software vendors. * Assist with development of system interfaces, workflow design, table mapping, and specification development. * Conduct integrated system testing and apply quality management principles to ensure system reliability.
