## Description

Administer and support the Salesforce platform, providing direct, hands-on assistance to end users.

 - Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely and detailed responses.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and third-party system syncs.
 - Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
 - Communicate effectively with users, including video meetings and regular status updates on tickets.
