## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
 * 2+ years of financial analysis experience preferred (recent graduates with exceptional internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 * Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
 * Strong presentation and communication skills
 * Someone who enjoys learning complex operations-not just analyzing numbers
 * Comfortable presenting information to executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
 * Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow, * Dual degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
 * Experience working with budgets, forecasting, or operational analytics
 * Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, utilities, engineering, or energy is a plus

This is an opportunity to become a trusted business partner at one of the region's largest power generation facilities. You'll work directly with plant leadership and ownership, helping shape financial strategy while learning the operational side of a complex industrial facility.

What You'll Do

 * Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support plant operations and business strategy
 * Analyze financial, operational, and budget data to help leadership make informed decisions
 * Prepare reports and presentations for plant management and ownership groups
 * Learn the business from the inside out, including plant operations, maintenance, projects, and budgeting
 * Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and financial solutions
 * Present financial strategies and business recommendations to stakeholders
 * Help strengthen relationships between plant leadership and ownership through accurate reporting and communication
