## Description

This is a hands-on IT Support / Systems Administrator role. The manager is looking for someone closer to a senior-level support professional rather than a junior technician. The person will provide day-to-day IT support while also assisting with ongoing infrastructure and migration projects.

 * Desktop and end-user support
 * User onboarding and offboarding
 * System access and identity management
 * License administration and provisioning
 * Managing user accounts and permissions
 * General IT support for employees across the organization
 * Assisting with system migration projects
 * Providing occasional after-hours support when needed
 * Handling approximately 10-15 support tickets per day
