This role requires strong full-stack development experience with Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and cloud-native Azure services. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while contributing to architecture, coding standards, and delivery execution. * This position will serve as a technical lead for application development initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, client IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional development teams. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, backend and frontend development, database design, API integrations, system modernization, troubleshooting, production support, and mentoring other developers. The role also requires experience supporting mission-critical applications, managing integrations with external systems, and delivering solutions under tight timelines and changing requirements. * The Senior Developer should have hands-on experience with enterprise architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, CQRS, microservices, multi-tier web applications, Windows services, web APIs, and secure identity/authentication models.
