United Protective Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service-focused Security Badge Administrator to manage daily badge and access-control operations for commercial property.
The ideal candidate has administrative experience, badging, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines., * Issue, modify, renew, replace, and deactivate security badges.

 * Assign the appropriate badge type and access level.
 * Verify identification and authorization documents.
 * Maintain accurate badge and access-control records.
 * Monitor badge expirations and process renewals.
 * Operate badge printers, scanners, cameras, and related equipment.
 * Assist employees, tenants, contractors, visitors, and vendors with badge requests.
 * Troubleshoot routine badge and access-control issues.
 * Report access discrepancies and security concerns.
 * Maintain confidentiality of personal and security-related information.
