 - Erstanalyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 - Unterstützung der Anwender bei Problemen mit Arbeitsplatzsystemen
 - Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd Level Support
 - Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Standardsoftware
 - Pflege und Aktualisierung von Support-Dokumentationen
