 * Je bent gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en proactief. Je neemt graag initiatief en helpt collega's op een vlotte en klantgerichte manier verder.
 * Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en kan je uit behelpen in het Frans.

## Description

* Je beheert en optimaliseert de Microsoft 365-omgeving, met focus op SharePoint, Teams en OneDrive, en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers vlot en veilig kunnen werken.
 * Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor M365-vragen van collega's en biedt ondersteuning bij het dagelijks gebruik van de verschillende tools en toepassingen.
 * Je werkt mee aan de uitrol van Microsoft Copilot en AI-oplossingen en automatiseert repetitieve processen met Power Automate en het Power Platform.
 * Je ondersteunt de algemene IT-werking, van onboarding en offboarding tot gebruikersbeheer, toegangsrechten en de configuratie van laptops en andere IT-toestellen.
 * Je helpt mee met Microsoft 365-migraties en denkt actief na over hoe bestaande IT-processen en de digitale werkplek verder kunnen worden verbeterd.
